I was born and raised just outside Philadelphia (South Jersey) and spent my first 22 years there. I've been living in Florida for a little over 20 years now but I visit about once a year. I see you want to make a life change but, may I ask, why Philadelphia? I believe anyway they are in the top 5 of radio markets in the country. The reason I ask of why the possible move there is because of seeing where you live and the very different social climate of Philly or the Northeast in general. This is only my opinion but the "culture shock" could give you a bad taste of the area. I'm not saying Florida is much better but one of the things I don't miss about home is that different attitude and pace of life up there and I even live right in the city of Tampa. Being that I'm not sure of the specific reasons you want to move, I thought I'd share this anyway. If you have any more questions, I'll do my best to answer them. .... Gary
