I saw my Pdoc and he is increasing the dose of one of my meds. And, I'll see him again this coming Friday. He agreed with my self-diagnosis of major depressive episode, and he understands the reasons why. This is not brief therapy, so far; we can talk about that if I want to, but he wants to get this episode under control. Thanks for all my pocket-riders!
