Today was a better day though I was still lonely.I kept busy wrapping presents and I cleaned the kitchen,did the washing up and put them away and sorted the recycling.I slept through the afternoon.I emailed the Samaritans and got some of the anguish off my chest,they are quite supportive via email.Tomorrow I am going to the doctors and going to see a film.This evening I will watch tv.It hasn't been too cold though we have had rain,I have been able to manage without the heating mostly.
