I only eat 2 meals a day.
Spend a lot of time in my car so have almonds in there if I get peckish.
good luck, I have been dieting too. Plus I drink a lot of water. I believe the sensors for hunger and thirst are the same. So when you feel you are hungry try drinking 2 glasses of water. Then I chew gum a lot to keep my mouth busy.
