Feeling stable.
Saw the mental health community nursing team this morning and they池e happy with me.
In the back of my mind I知 a little anxious: historically I知 always unwell at Christmas. I壇 really like to stay well past the 7wk mark (longest period I致e ever been well ever in the past 4yrs is 7wks).
