you are too hard on yourself.
I have been accustomed to eat 2 meals a day for a long time...it is just the snacking that I am really watching. coconut oil and olive oils have good qualities. avocados are so good for us!!!!!!They are high in fiber and have few carbs.
I made it to 174.5 this morning.
