I'd say bring them up. Maybe write down everything you're feeling now, and bring your notes with you to session. I do this sometimes, and when I go over my notes I often find that my feelings have changed or that I see things more clearly because I've had time to calm down. At any rate, I think everything that upsets you is worth bringing up - it might be that there are actual problems in your therapeutic relationship, in which case talking will help, or you might be projecting... in which case, talking will help as well
