I would definitely write down everything you're feeling right now.

Then I would give it a day and look at again, but this time take the feelings out and look for facts.

Then I would discuss the facts with my therapist. And perhaps how those facts made me feel. But I would definitely not not discuss it. Chances are you will feel this way again, and it would be better to know how to handle those feelings the second time around.
