Just a suggestion....
Some where I read about a mother who had a special needs boy and acted up terribly in public too. When she would get dissaproveing looks from mothers Like why can't you control your kid. She had ready aa small piece of paper to give to them saying that her child had special needs...to ask for compassion etc. Would that help you?
