we are ok, well alive anyway, & yes, we are sort of ok.
this is a hard time of year for us.

today is the birthday of our oldest son, he became a schizophrenic at 26 & today he turns 40. he is acting out, although he doesn't appear to have remembered either date at a conscious level. he has been refusing medication for 4 weeks, but he has promised to wait for the CAAT until they can see him in about 3 hours. We really hope he does, because this is the start of a long weekend here & help will be hard to access.

sorry for raving on, but the son becoming schizophrenic was a major grief experience too
