Another stupid day yesterday. I dropped off tracking some last night, which I pretty much never do. This morning, I have been to the gym without logging it and have not eaten yet. I am going to look at yesterday and try to remember what I didn't log last night and log it as breakfast. I will likely weigh tomorrow, but I might have another gym day.
EDIT - I think I remember all of last night's indulgences and got them logged and went back on my decision to stop rolling forward and brought some forward. Since I did that, I need to log something for this morning's exercise instead of trying to balance unlogged food with unlogged exercise.
