170 pounds. No exercise. Target is 2500 calories. The weight goes up amd down. I think if I eat at the same times every day, weigh at the same time every day, and be consistent in meeting my target, I should be able to stabelize my weight. I imagine exercising on a regular schedule can help too. Perhaps I can then make clockwork progress in gaining a couple pounds, and then maintaining my weight.
