congrats strange i use to feel like that in school and now as a adult too i always feel ppl are watching me and critizing me or if i see a man staring at me maybe checking me out what ever the reason i got nervous and panicking i'm fine in my home or in the car the minute i know i have to go inside some store i instanly get panicky and light headed to the point that i'm convinced that i will pass out in there with a few steps i take also odd but when i go walk my dogs there is a lake near my house but if i see my neighbors with there dogs or kids i got nervous and i feel sick i know they will talk to me and i really don't want to socialize and when i do i talk fast and act weird near ppl lol i feel like they think i'm weird but w//e
