I think you are totally right to pull back from them. Totallytoxic. I have done the same . I did not go to my son’splace in San Diego for Thanksgiving. I did FaceTime w my little grandsons and did the what am I thankful for tradition going around the table w the extended family. Tucson, isn’t there a good support group close to you,esp one for bipolars, tho they are rare. I had a glorious holiday once having people over who understood my issues.
