155 this morning. As I suspected, the 158 from 3 days ago was a spike. I kind of expected a little bit of a spike this morning because of the salty "taco soup" (really more like chili). Also because of timing, I think there is more weight than usual "in the pipeline". Anyway, not sure I really believe I am 155 yet but the trend is definitely down. No exercise today, at least no long cardio session. I will do some TRX rows at home.
