I don't know the last time I've felt such hurt in my heart...deep hurt.

It does hurt when those you love attack, whether in illness or not, when they want a focus for their stuff and focus it in one out of nowhere attack with sucker punches and "hitting below the belt" one right after the other, and leaving no time to recover from the first before the second is thrown.

Yeah, I'm giving and forgiving. Yep, my love is unconditional in my care and understanding. But, dangit, I can hurt and break too!

It just hurts so much to try to defend yourself with that which isn't even reality or even something that can be addressed.

My heart is breaking right now, and though it will heal, I'll never forget this and that hurts even more.
