I buy wayyyyy too much, especially if I'm hypomanic. That's when I max out credit cards. I generally try to find the cheapest deal because it fools me into thinking I'm actually doing something good.
ETA: I also shop when I'm depressed to make myself feel better. So really, I should never be allowed near shops.
