Ugh I took the garbage outside and just had this feeling of being watched. Where I live the townhouses are in blocks shaped almost in a square but with a driveway and parking. I used to get this feeling a lot last year and it freaked me out to go outside.

I’ve been fine taking my meds and everything just ugh I hate this feeling coming back.
