Came in around goal yesterday. I currently have goal at 1500, which is aggressive but I had success with doing it while losing. I will push it back up a bit when I start consistently weighing below 155. I really haven't had goal high at all while maintaining and nearly always stuck to it eventually (sometimes rolling calories forward a few days) yet it crept up. That was from sloppy logging and I suspect the "good" numbers I got for my long paddles were high. I erased a lot of overages with long paddles. It may be the numbers I used were for shorter more intense training sessions.
I didn't go to the gym last night or this morning but plan to tomorrow morning. Doing some TRX and kettlebell work at home today.
