If I recall though, real estate requires a substantial upfront investment.

I'm currently working a method that has the potential to make me well over 5 figures a month. It would take about 2-3 months for me to build it up so I am just focused on surviving until then.

If I'm successful, I stand to be a millionaire before I'm 30.
