My sister said she'd make an egg-based breakfast casserole and bring nice beverages. I talked to my brother and he is still thinking about what to make. We may add/adjust the contributions when my brother decides on his ideas.

My husband and I always have a special dinner on Christmas Eve, according to his Czech traditions. Traditionally in Czech Republic, they have carp, carp soup, potato salad (which is more elaborate than most American potato salads), and maybe a couple other sides. Those who hate carp, often eat breaded fried pork chops, in the style of Wiener Schnitzel. Sometimes I make a dish called Shrimp with Feta and eat it with a fancy greens salad and baguette. There are always delicious Christmas cookies. I may make 6+ varieties this year, if I'm up to it.

MMM christmas cookies. that is all
