I think we're talking about two different things here- caring little about others as well as thinking logically, liking science and books. That's absolutely cool and not a problem at all.

I think the reason a few people in this thread mentioned narcissism was that OP showed great joy of hurting others on purpose and being proud of it. That's the problem, not simply thinking differently or having trust issues.
