I've read about it but since I didn't feel good on keto I don't want to try IF at the moment. I missed my period on keto and I read experiences of several women who said IF messed with their hormones and periods. They say women's bodies react a bit differently to reduction of carbs and/or fasting and we have to be more careful. So for the time being I prefer having 3 meals/day.
