Three meals a day is fine. It could be just a 12 hour fast like from 7 pm to 7 am. I don't know what happened to cause a missed period on keta. That sounds extreme! I think what you are saying is good...just lowering carbs. I can't tell if you are vegetarian or not. But the thing is...it is really easy to eat too many carbs on a vegetarian diet. But it is also easy to eat well-balanced. I think your idea of full-fat dairy instead of low-fat is a very good idea...and that seems like it would be okay insofar as hormone balance. It sounds like you are open to learning. That's so cool, too.
