I am not perfect and there is no difference. Though I take it 2 times a day. The only time I noticed a difference was when my mail order pharmacy forgot to send my Buspar, and I didn’t have any for around a week. Once I started it again, I realized it did lessen my anxiety. I had thought it was not doing anything, but it actually was helping some, though not as much as benzos like Klonopin.
