I had a couple off days. I weighed myself today and surprisingly I was only 151.6. I’m back on track today and so far I’ve only had 195 calories. I know that’s not good but I was at work all morning and then running errands after and I didn’t feel like stopping for fast food or anything. So I’m fixing some pizza and then I’ll have a bag of frozen zucchini later in the evening. I’m also drinking an Arizona lemonade right now. It will be a little bit low, but not too bad.
