I hope you'll see a very nice difference. My Seroquel XR was recently reduced by 100 mg and though the more significant positive changes took about five to seven days, they have been quite notable. I don't think a 100 mg reduction is small. Any bigger jump down may be risky, unless your psychiatrist said otherwise.
