2700 calories. Will weigh myself tomorrow. I see my calorie intake has been going up and down. I think it may have averaged out, but I need to make my calorie intake more consistent. Had my aged steak, but it was too chewy. I need to cook it much longer than I did today. Maybe eight hours instead of 3.5 hours. Boy, there is allot of calories in a 9.5 ounce piece of meat! Still, I found myself eating extra calories by consuming cinamon toast, and kettle popcorn. Otherwise, I would of came out under 2500 calories.
