i find that they are less noticeable if i keep sunscreen on them and stay out of the sun... they also sell some scar cream at the pharmacy that they say heals old scars...don't know how well it works... i am lucky...mine don't show too much... when someone asks me i simply say oh that ...i hurt myself... it usually doesn't go any further...lyn
