I had to get up really early in the morning, so that shot my schedule all to hell. I managed some cereal in the morning. I ate my lunch later in the afternoon. I have just finish my dinner, which consisted of four massive cuts of boneless rib meat. Just huge. I mean really large. The weight for the four combined was 3/4s of a pound. I want to restate that there is no bone in that weight. I could not eat all of it, but I came really close. 2486 calories today. I will work to be consistent in meeting my 2500 calorie goal.

@UpDownAround: Interesting word, “macros”. I did not know you tracked your macros. I did at one time. I think I do need to do this from time to time. Lets see, for today I am 92 grams of carbs short, 32 grams of fat over, and 18 grams of protien over. Looking at some of these figure on MFP, I see that I am a whopping 1,441 grams of sodium over. I guess there will be some water retention for my next weigh in tomorrow. Everything has salt in it. This must represent processed food.
