Poor H has been doing so much work at home and at his job!
No rest for the weary. I worry about him sometimes. He often works over 100 hours a week when he is traveling for work. He also has a BPII diagnosis. Fortunately, he's quite stable on Lamictal and klonopin. He also sleeps very well 99% of the time, unlike me!

okay, I'd better try to sleep again!
