@Tucson - I make sure I am getting reasonable protein because I have been working out so much. most days I come up short of what mfp recommends, but over RDA. Mostly I do cardio, so carbs are important, but my sweet tooth usually takes care of that. I am pretty low fat.

Company dinner last night. The only thing that really packed on calories was chocolate souffle. But I ate super light during the day leading up to it and I did 75 minutes on the ARC Trainer this morning; haven't logged it and might not or might log a low burn. I will weigh in the morning.
