Went well with the doc. Told him I was feeling better with the upped seroquel and the SAD lamp. He told me to keep up what we’re doing. He said after the holidays might bring my seroquel back down again. He thinks I have the winter blues and maybe my sister’s mental health is affecting mine as well.

Told him I was a bit psychotic the other day and thought he was poisoning me. He joked that he was flattered to be part of my delusions hahaha. He wrote a note on my file and everything [emoji23][emoji1787][emoji23]
