your post says "no unplanned switches" so I was wondering how planned and unplanned switching works. I have never heard of that.
By living a controlled, routined, boring structured daily life....the plan is to have a basic minimal amount of switching without surprises...only switches that are bound to happen due to environment and situations such as the femmes get the home life and the guys go to work day in day out. Routine simple, planned- no surprises or upsets in the scheduling.

A chaotic way of living much like how a teenager would live without knowing what would happen will cause sporadic unplanned switching, chaos, triggers left and right.

Jailtime, financial upheaval, random triggers- all unplanned...random, sporadic, out of control...

So we plan on having a regulated life to minimize triggers versus a chaotic life causing unplanned switching.

Maturity level and the desire for stability over one’s crazy life as past lived....it takes planning. An unplanned life leads to craziness.

We are going to have switches guaranteed for the many that we have...best have a schedule then unplanned surprises. We would thrive in an institution, but prefer to live in our own institutionalized reality governed by elected rules and regulations to keep the body safe.

It’s all about control.

This is the gist of the sentiment.
