I have been journalling a lot (it’s an app on my phone so super easy), working tonnes, and I went for a massage yesterday.

I have also been focusing less on the thoughts and more on the thought processes. The cognitive aspect seems to make it easier for me.

Also keeping my T updated as to how I’m doing helps me - it helps me feel like I’m on the right track.
