Well that helped. I came right down off planet Zog, and caught up the sleep that didn't happen while watching the full moon.
Of course I know that people outside may be disrespectful, it's the nature of the universe, and then the off courses happen? It does seem that occasionally I need someone to synch with my inner self... or else the system becomes vulnerable.
