Artie you've worked really hard at work, and I don't think you would deliberately do anything to jeopardize that, but I can understand the fear of not knowing 100% what you sent.
Perhaps this coming up now gives your head something else to focus on other than missing your son.
Personally I'd still eat the dounut even if I was on a diet. I don't count calories but 1 every now and then doesn't have to be cut out completely.
