I thought maybe you were doing something a friend of mine did of purposely exposing yourself to problems and triggers causing yourself to switch, which is a very dangerous thing to do because theres no promise that the right alter would take control at the right time. and end up getting you diagnosed with something other than DID, Dissociative disorders since you would be planning when to do it. had me worried for you for a moment.
