I once accidentally stumbled onto something the client before me wrote on a notepad and left in our T's office. Our T had gone to the bathroom, I saw the notepad, immediately realized what it was & STOPPED reading it and put it on his desk then alerted him when he got in. All I know is that it said "I am the saddest girl in the world." I've often wished I read the rest of it but also glad that I didn't.
