I don't really care about the therapist's other clients. The only thing that kind of annoys me, and I don't know why, is when they are still talking or want to be all chatty once she has opened the door and it's time for them to leave. I feel like they should shut up once they are out of her office. Any last thoughts or pleasantries beyond "thanks" or "goodbye" should take place before the door is open.

Maybe I feel partially irritated because it seems to me as if these people think the therapist wants to make small talk with them even though the session is over and their time is up. The therapist doesn't seem to encourage this practice, which makes me even more annoyed by the clients who persist.
