As it is, I feel like they're being oblivious to the fact that she wants them to leave so she can go to the bathroom and stuff. Also, the therapist's office opens up into the waiting room, so it's much more in your face. There's no walking from the office to the waiting room. So I feel like when the door opens, that should be the cue to shut up and leave.
