I too am a survivor and it is very hard and triggering to read some of the posts. Sometimes I am in the frame of mind to do it and other times I am not. I love Kiya's idea of just scrolling down to the end and giving a safe hug to someone. That can mean the world to them. But your safety is ever so important. And must come first when reading forums like these. Just do the best you can and if you cant read.. the hug or a pm to someone is showing you care and your wanting to reach out to them.

You did great by talking about it too. So many of us feel the same!!
