My grandma was took into hospital, she's back out at the care home now but she's on pallative care now so we know this is the beginning of the end for her

Advice is carry on as normal for now cause me and family up here cannot drop everything and rush down there, we'd only be able to do that if the end of her life was known to be approaching

She could have months left, she could have weeks left, we don't know, all the news we got so far is about the pallative care thing
