back to PANIC ATTACK...my first one happened at age 34...I thought I must be going crazy....I couldn't move...I couldn't talk...and I was in a group of doctors....I had no idea what was happening to me...I was terrified and frozen in place..terrible...awful..
I felt all alone....crazy...what did they think of me...I was supposed to present a case..
from that moment on I was on a downhill slide to a total breakdown 7 years later...
I have a mental illness....now I am almost ready to ditch my anti-depressant...
