Yeah, when my T proposed this setting I couldn't imagine it either. But I decided to try and now it is organically part of my everyday life. I have always had quite flexible schedule so it has been possible to schedule these sessions. Nowadays all my sessions are in the early morning which suits me well and does not interfere with other stuff in my life.
