What do you hope to gain by reporting her? Is it likely you will get it by filing a report? How will it affect you if the report is found to be unsubstantiated? Can you handle an adverse outcome, or will that create more problems than you are dealing with now from the termination fallout? Those are the questions I would use to determine a course of action if I were in your shoes.
