I sleep excessively. I go to bed very very early on weeknights and usually end up sleeping for about 10 hours (yet still woken up by my alarm and very tired) and on weekends, sleep for some 15 hours.

When I was on Seroquel, I blamed it on that. Now that I'm on klonopin, I blame it on that. But I don't know. I do know it's not depression, though. There has to be some other reason. And maybe for you, it's neither meds nor depression. I would check in with yourself and see how you're feeling, both physically and mentally.

It might be a good idea to check in with your PCP and get some labs done. I have borderline anemia, don't know how long I've had it, but it may play a role. Anyway, might be a good idea to get checked out, to cover all the bases.

I hope you find the reason and are able to get on a more regular sleep schedule.
