the shrinks aren't helpful. docs in general weren't helpful to me, but shrinks were the worst. My faith helped me thru, but not everyone believes (of course...). counselors weren't great, either.

you are definitely human. where there's life, there's hope. im out of the pit...moving closer to full restoration+recovery...

they generally don't care, unless you have status and/or $$$. im learning to focus on real friends who really care...
