thank you for your help... he started me on the 37.5 for a week and then wants to increase it to the 75... he said that for anxiety usually they need to increase to the 150... and he wanted me to be prepared to be on it for at least a year before he will agree to let me try to decrease... it all feels kind of overwhelming ... lyn
