My current T started off once a week in The summer when we started. Then after I ended up in the hospital for SH he asked if I wanted to up it to 2x. We were doing that until October because I also had an EMDR T that I was seeing 1x a week. Now that ended I've been going 3x a week for 50 minutes. He's always on time, practically to the minute, and ends on time, give or take a few minutes. At the beginning of the month he offered me to come in a 4th time one week but that's the only time he's offered that.
